Here at the Ferndale Community Tenants Group, FCTG for short, we look to promote and protect the interests of the local residents living in the properties on the Ferndale Estate. We host a number of clubs and look to organize trips for the residents here at Ferndale and other Affinity Sutton Estates.

Steven Medlin

Chair of Committee

I joined the committee in 2010 as a volunteer and was elected as the chair that same year. I am an active member of Affinity Sutton SW Rap & Anti-Social Behaviour Service Task Team.

Valerie Cutler

Treasurer

I have been a member of the CTG since it started more than 10 years ago. I am responsible for keeping & updating the finance records, collecting any monies for room lettings, and banking.

Michael Searle

Trustee/ Non-EXecutive Director

I have been a member of the CTG for 2 years. I have lived on the Ferndale Estate for around 6 years. I am also a member of the South West Residents Area Panel (SW RAP)

Ann Collings

Committee Member

I have been a member of the CTG for a number of years before being elected secretary. Along with the Chair and the Treasurer, we are responsible for the day-to-day runnings of the CTG.

Karen Smith

Responsible for Young Persons and Disabled

Joined committee in 2015. Disabled mother of 3 children living on the Ferndale Estate.
